No need for a separate "unzipping" program. Just double click on the filename "medi-pay.exe" and it will self unzip, and self install the program. Complete operating instructions are included as a printable "rich text file".
Especifically designed for ease of operation. After each employee data is entered (once only - at setup), just type the number of hours each employee worked this pay period and click the "Calculate" button.
Setup of Medi-Payroll is as simple as (one time only) enter your individual employee information such as name, address, social security number, number of exemptions. Calculates payroll for hourly, salaried, draw plus commission, full commission, tips or any combination of all of these pay methods. Calculates all standard deductions plus any specials that you may wish to include.
"AutoPost" transfers each pay period data to individual employee yearly pay records sheet. Prints payroll checks for all employees by using one command. Prints 3 part payroll checks. Provides "totals" for easy 940, 941, 8109 and Form W-3 filing. Prints W-2's and 1099 Forms at year end for current and past employees. The printed checks fit a matching window envelope so you never have to address another envelope again.
